We are delighted to offer this luxury Kalkan villa. Villa Alexander's crowning glory is a vast top floor master suite with open plan bathroom and walk in shower. The bedrooms have large balcony space with sofas and sun loungers and stunning views of Kalkan bay and her islands. The outside area features a large infinity swimming pool for you to cool off in and numerous seating areas with chic contemporary sofas. Renovations have taken place over the winter and Villa Alexander now has a games room with a seven foot pool table, a Foosball table and a large wall mounted flatscreen TV along with X-Box controllers
Villa Alexander is situated in the hamlet of Kisla, further around the bay from Kalkan old town our position benefits from having the longest hours of sunshine per day. As Kalkan is surrounded by mountains, the other side of the bay is in shadow from late afternoon.
Villa Alexander is just above the Villa Mahal Hotel which was voted by the Sunday Times as having one of the Top 10 best views in the world.
The bars and restaurants in town are a leisurely stroll of 40 minutes or a 5 minute car ride. Alternatively you could wander down to the Mahal beach club and take their water taxi across the bay to the Old town.
