The property is located just a few minutes’ walk from the village and offers 40 holiday homes thoughtfully integrated into the landscape. The accommodations include 10 studio apartments, 10 two-room apartments, 10 three-room apartments, 8 junior suites, and 2 suites, all surrounded by lush greenery and designed to blend seamlessly with the natural beauty of the island. Each unit features a veranda or terrace, a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. For additional convenience, guests can enjoy modern amenities such as a television, safe-deposit box, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. Air conditioning is available as an optional service.

The Mediterranean garden surrounding the residence is a tranquil oasis with a gazebo, barbecue, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen, children's play area, and a heated swimming pool complete with two hot tubs. A large Jacuzzi, located in the highest part of the garden near the Pagoda Hall, provides a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the nearby islands of Favignana and Levanzo.
