The town beach is a twenty minute walk away. From the harbour take a water taxi to one of the fifteen beach clubs of your choice. Kalkan Beach Club is within walking distance. Hop on the local dolmus or take a taxi to the famous Kaputas Beach set in a gorge, or Patara Beach with twenty kilometres of golden sands.

SHOPS

A twenty minute walk will take you to Kalkan old town and harbour, with small grocery stores along the way. Head to the upper part of town for supermarkets, grocers, butchers, and bakeries, and banks.

Dalaman airport is a one hour 40 minute drive by transfer car, there are also optional shuttle buses and local transport, and car hire from the airport or in Kalkan centre

By night venture into the old town, and walk the cobbled streets of Kalkan to find your favourite rooftop restaurants, and savour the flavours of the season at the local eateries and international dining destinations. Go further afield for a day trip to the famous twenty kilometre sandy shores of Patara, or visit Kaputas, the iconic beach set in a gorge.

The Room Details

Ground floor: Enter the villa at ground floor level to be welcomed by a breath-taking, sea view, open plan living space with floor to ceiling sliding doors, which take you to a sun kissed terrace with your own private pool. The seating area has two smart dove grey sofas, and upholstered armchairs facing a wood burning open fireplace for those cooler evenings in. The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances to cater for your stay. Serve up traditional Turkish dishes at the elegant eight seater dining set. There’s a handy guest bathroom and storage cupboard too. The first of the six well appointed double bedrooms can be found on this floor, with fitted wardrobes, an ensuite shower room, and access to the pool terrace for a refreshing morning swim.

First floor: Take the stairs to the first floor, where there are two superbly spacious sea view double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king size beds, fitted wardrobes, and stunning sea view balconies, with luxury travertine ensuite bathrooms, complete with Jacuzzi baths, and walk-in rain showers.

Second floor: Take the stairs to the top floor, where there is a work space, with a desk, Wi-Fi connection, two office chairs, and a water cooler. A double bedroom with a sloped ceiling has fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room. Step out onto the panoramic as far as the eye can see terrace, and enjoy sun downers as the sun dips over the mountain tops.

Lower Ground Floor: Take the central staircase to the lower floor, where there is a second seating area worked around a large smart tv, enjoy a game of ping pong on the table tennis table, or take the plunge in the waterfall filled mini pool. At either end of this floor there are twin rooms, both with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, and ensuite shower rooms, perfect for the younger members of your family. A maid’s room with a washer, dryer, ironing, and storage facilities completes the accommodation.

Terrace: Step out onto the alfresco living space, where there is a unique triangular shaped, ladder entry, infinity swimming pool, surrounded by strategically staged sea-facing luxury towel covered sun loungers with shady sun umbrellas. Feast alfresco at the informal six seater dining set, or entertain at the elegant eight seater arrangement, and dine off dishes freshly grilled on the barbeque. Wallow in the outdoor Jacuzzi before cooling off under the adjacent shower. Take a stroll around the beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden, and pick some fresh herbs for supper.
