The property accommodates up to 12 guests with its 6 en-suite bedrooms and features an array of premium amenities, including a private infinity pool, gym, pool table, and table tennis to ensure everyone is entertained. The ground floor of Villa Gaia Residence includes two double en-suite bedrooms, one with a round Jacuzzi bath, as well as a spacious living area. There’s a gym equipped with a cross trainer and treadmill, and a Turkish-style walled garden provides a tranquil outdoor space. Outside, a pool table and table tennis are available for guests’ enjoyment, while the garden offers peaceful views.

The first floor is dedicated to the main living and dining area, which spans 110 square meters. This open-plan space includes a lounge, kitchen, and dining area, all with large sliding glass doors that offer stunning sea and mountain views. From this level, guests can access the pool terrace, which features a large private pool, an outdoor dining area, and ample sunbathing space.

The second floor houses three additional bedrooms: two double and one twin, all with modern en-suite bathrooms and sea-view balconies. The master bedroom on this floor is particularly spacious, featuring a raised decked area with a sink and a free-standing Jacuzzi bathtub. A large private balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows allow guests to take in the breathtaking vistas.

A newly added third floor is home to a second master suite with its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, double basins, WCs, and a double Jacuzzi bathtub. The bedroom has access to a private roof terrace with comfortable seating, a Jacuzzi tub, and panoramic views of the sea.
