BEACHES
The town beach is a twenty minute walk away. From the harbour take a water taxi to one of the fifteen beach clubs of your choice. Zest, Palm and Denizim Beach Clubs are within walking distance. Hop on the local dolmus or take a taxi to the famous Kaputas Beach set in a gorge, or Patara Beach with twenty kilometres of golden sands.
SHOPS
A fifteen minute walk will take you to Kalkan old town and harbour, with small grocery stores along the way. Head to the upper part of town for supermarkets, grocers, butchers, and bakeries, and banks.
NEAREST AIRPORT
Dalaman airport is a one hour 40 minute drive by transfer car, there are also optional shuttle buses and local transport, and car hire from the airport or in Kalkan centre.

The Room Details:
Ground floor: Enter the villa through the impressive front door, where you will be welcomed by a reception area sporting traditional Turkish art and artefacts, with two comfortable armchairs, and a handy guest bathroom. An open plan living space will be your home for the holidays, with floor to ceiling sliding doors which open onto an expansive terrace, and boasts beautiful breath-taking sea views. The sitting room is furnished with comfortable plush sofas and armchairs, a smart TV, a Grundig sound system, a cooling ceiling fan, and an enclosed wood burning fireplace for those cosy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen houses all the latest built-in Meile appliances, a preparation kitchen island, and a breakfast bar. For elegant entertaining there is a round six seater dining set.
Terrace: Spend the day around your own private pool, populated with sun loungers and shady umbrellas. Cool off under the pool side shower. Relax with a morning coffee at the soft seating set. Enjoy cocktails on the terrace as you watch the sun set over the horizon, before dining alfresco at the outdoor six seater dining set, with dishes cooked on the poolside barbeque.
