Just 5km from the town of Perugia, the Relais dell’Olmo Hotel welcomes every guest with typical Italian hospitality.  Thanks to it’s location, all of the ancient artistic cities of Umbria including Assisi, Todi, and Orvieto are within easy striking distance as is the Trasimeno Lake which is around 20km from the property.

The 52 rooms here are all elegantly furnished and well equipped. 2 of these have been adapted for disabled travellers. Classic rooms are located in the old part of the building, some have exposed beams and all look out onto the street. Superior rooms are also in the original part of the building but have views over the internal courtyard or the outdoor swimming pool. Deluxe rooms are in the newer parts of the property and some have a garden or patio. Family deluxe rooms have the addition of a mezzanine with either 2 single beds or a sofa bed and sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children. Junior suites are also in the newer part of the property and have a loft and terrace complete with sunloungers.

The outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel is open from the beginning of May until the end of September and is surrounded by terraces complete with sunbeds and umbrellas. Use of bathing caps is required in common with many properties in Italy. The hotel wellness area contains a Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam with chromotherapy, minipool with hydromassage and special tea corner. Reservations are required for the wellness area. There is also a gym with Panatta Sport equipment for those who wish to work out.

The hotel restaurant – the Ostelleria dell’Olmo is located in a splendid 17th Century villa where guests are able to experience splendid evenings of delicious food and conviviality both indoors and out on the terrace (weather permitting).

As well as the city of Perugia, also within easy reach are the golf course, horse riding stables, Activo Park – the largest theme park in Umbria, a further theme park at Citta della Domenica and the Parco Acquarossa countryside park and valley where there are a variety of attractions.
