There is an outside staircase to a lovely roof terrace and a delightful exterior dining area under the pergola attached to the house. There is also an outdoor BBQ.

The owners preferred to keep the Mediterranean vegetation around the property intact – this surrounds the L shaped swimming pool which also has roman steps for entry.
