  • White on white, sleek lines, contemporary notes throughout, the modern and minimalist Blanco Hotel is in the heart of Es Pujols making it ideal for those who like a choice of bars, restaurants and activities.  The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from Es Pujols beach.  

    The Blanco Hotel firmly lives up to its name – almost everything is white with just the merest of splashes of cornflower blue and turquoise and pendant lights are shaped like fluffy cotton-wool clouds. The overwhelming feeling is a pared down chic – the no-fuss Formentera ethos to a tee.  The frills are minimal – guests are here to enjoy the relaxation, the swimming and the sunbathing.

    The 78 rooms and suites here – all white of course, are stylishly decorated and furnished, although some may say on the compact size.  All offer king size baths and shower rooms – there are no bathtubs here.  Most face onto the pool area with some facing the trees towards the rear – these being the quieter option.  Superior second floor rooms have steps up to sun terraces with panoramic views over the azure blue of the sea and the vast Prudent lake of Formentera.  The suites are in a newer block also with that white décor, and they offer more space within and also terraces where there are whirlpool tubs.

    There is a large pool area surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. There is also a small fitness area and spa treatments are also available. The hotel restaurant and pool bar can also cater for gluten-free or dairy-free dietary requirements and there are also healthier options available at all times.
