NOTES

Opened in 2018 the Hotel Lava Beach is as close to the beach as is possible to get.  The centre of Puerto del Carmen with all of its shops, bars, restaurants and the old harbour is around 2km from the property along a mainly flat sea-front promenade and the airport is just a short 10 minute transfer.

The Hotel Lava Beach is a modern hotel with 154 rooms and suites across several buildings with 2-4 floors and offers consistently excellent service in an elegant atmosphere. Rooms are all well equipped with smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine and either sea or pool views. Junior suites and suites offer the extra space of a separate living room.

The lake shaped freshwater pool and adjacent children’s pool are also heated during the winter months and hammocks, towels and umbrellas are available to all guests.  There is a small spa offering the usual facial and body treatments; yoga, pilates or other activity with qualified instructors is also offered several times weekly and there is also a gym.  Padel tennis and minigolf are also available within the hotel.  Cycle hire can very easily be arranged locally to explore the seafront promenade.

The hotel restaurant has a large terrace area – meals are served as buffet style with occasional show cooking. There is also a separate bookable a la carte restaurant, poolside snackbar and separate evening bar area.
