Ascending a hillside on the sleepy traffic-free island of Lopud and offering full-on widescreen views over the sea towards the Croatian mainland, the Lafodia Sea View Resort is a sylish yet relaxing hotel.  

The island of Lopud is a true jewel in the Elaphiti archipelago – a small world away from everyday life where guests can indulge or simply be and relax.

Lafodia Sea View Resort has 2 restaurants each with a different theme (one being Croatian cuisine and the other offering a Mediterranean menu) and a couple of bars with the one by the lobby offering an al fresco terrace for sundowners with sweeping sea views. The elevated infinity pool offers more of those superb sea views and makes the most of the hotel’s setting. Surrounding it is a large terrace dotted with daybeds and parasols. Just below the hotel is a narrow pebble beach with additional sunloungers. The Waterhill Spa offers the usual body and facial treatments.

It's just a 7 minute walk to the village centre, and transfers to and from the property take around 2 hours (including a ferry crossing of around 90 minutes) which does not include any waiting time at the port.
