A 20 minute walk to town is where you will find a greengrocers, Figo Supermarket (who will arrange delivery of your groceries on request) and a local butcher (Kasap). Kalkan Market is opposite Migros Supermarket every Thursday and here you can also buy fresh groceries, clothes, towels, excellent table cloths, spices and much more!

Sea View Villa in Kalkan has one of the best settings in Kalkan! 

Sat on the hillside of Ortaalan, you will be just over a 10 minute walk down to the boutique shops and a huge array of restaurants, a little longer stroll will bring you to Kalkan Beach, where you will find a beautiful shingle beach with beautifully clear water. 

Sea View Villa is a 5 bedroom property with lots of space. It’s perfect for families, group of friends and even smaller groups that simply prefer a bit more space.

The house is designed with a modern feel to it. All 5 bedrooms are ensuite and have air conditioning units. Along with the spacious balconies you can enjoy a sundowner drink from the rooftop and soak up the spectacular sea view of Kalkan.

Sea View Villa comes with its own private large infinity swimming pool that again showcases the fabulous sea view. As the property is south facing, so you can enjoy sunshine by the pool terrace area all day. On the pool terrace you will discover a BBQ, loungers and parasols for those that like to take a bit of shade.

There is also table tennis for guest to use whilst staying at the house.

There is parking for one car in the garage beneath the house.

As you take the steps up to the house you, will come into the open plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is designed in a modern fashion and is fitted with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a dining table/chairs for 10 people.

Within the spacious lounge you find an LCD Satellite TV, DVD player, wireless internet, air conditioning. There is a door leading out to the pool and the large pool terrace.

For your convenience there is a cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor you will find bedrooms 1 and 2, both ensuite double rooms with air conditioning and sea view.

Continuing to the second floor, there is a further 2 spacious en suite bedrooms (one double and one twin) both with air conditioning and sea views.

Lastly, on the top floor you will discover bedroom 5 that has an en suite. The roof terrace is accessed from this floor and opens up to a breath taking sea view.
