The town beach is just a 20 minute walk and at the harbour boats depart frequently for the many beach clubs situated around the bay. Indigo Beach Club and Yali Beach are just 10 minute walk from Serene Evi.

SHOPS

600m/10-minute walk to Kalkan town. 1 km/20-minute walk to Kalkan harbour. Small grocery shop en-route to Kalkan centre.

NEAREST AIRPORT

Dalaman Airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes by car.

Situated on the central Lykia Estate you will find the beautiful 5 bedroom home called Serene Evi.

This contemporary home is perched one of the best locations in Kalkan, just a 5 minute walk to the town of Kalkan and just over 10 minutes to the vibrant Indigo Beach Club.

The uninterrupted sea view, across the olive grove, is just perfect and one that you would expect from a front-line house. The stunning sea view can also be enjoyed in from the expansive roof terrace as well as the 2 front balconies. The other 2 balconies have a view of the well-manicured garden side of the house.

Outside on the very spacious terrace, you will have your own private large infinity pool and plenty of room for everyone to bathe in the sun on the sun loungers. If you prefer to seek some shade, there are shaded areas as well as umbrellas.

Also on the pool terrace, there is comfortable seating area and an outside sofa bed to fully stretch out on.

Who doesn’t love a bit of outside cooking? Here you will have a barbecue and an al-fresco dining table that seats up to 10 people. We recommend sourcing local meats and fish from the shops in town or our Resort Manager can arrange delivery if you prefer. Alternatively, let someone come and cook for you – just ask our team how this can be arranged.

Within the Likya Estate you will have access to the very large communal pool, which is a two minute walk from the house. A supplement of £50 per week applies for 2023/2024.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor you will find the open plan lounge, with a comfortable seating area, that leads into the bright modern kitchen and breakfast bar area. The stylishly decorated lounge provides easy access to the pool terrace by way of the French doors.

The lounge area is furnished with a sofa, fireplace, TV and a study area that has desk for use if you have to work whilst staying at Serin Evi.

The split-level kitchen features all your home from home comforts. Equipped with a gas hob, double electric oven, large mirrored fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and lots of storage for food in the cupboards. Within the kitchen you will have the roomy breakfast bar with 5 stools for casual dining.

Also on this level is the utility room that houses a washing machine, wash basin, iron and ironing board.

For those with little mobility, you will find it convenient to have your own en-suite (with shower) double bedroom on this level. 

There is an additonal shower room and WC too.

First Floor

On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom along with a further 2 bathrooms.

Outside 

To access the roof terrace and the magnificent views of Kalkan, there are steps at the side of the house.

Bedroom 1: A wonderfully large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Balcony access with a fantastic sea view. The en-suite has a toilet, bath and shower.

Bedroom 2: A stunning large double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: A gorgeous large double bedroom.

Bedroom 4: A lovely twin bedroom with two single beds.
