There may be a tourism tax to pay. Since 2013 the local authorities in Umbria can ask for this tax which is not included in the price.

Villa Il Casale is a comfortable house sleeping 11 in the North of Umbria with wonderful view over the Upper Tiber valley. Ideal for families traveling together or a group of friends.

The villa is situated North of Perugia, 6 km from Umbertide. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Originally the villa was built with three separate apartments. Between the villa and the pool there is a reading room with comfortable sofas.

The pool has beautiful views over the green Umbrian hills. It is 12 x 6 meters and between 1.20 and 1.50 meters deep. The pool terrace has sun lounges and umbrellas. The pool terrace is surrounded by lavender and other herbs. The pool area has been completely fenced recently. There is an outside toilet, not far from the pool, where the washing machine is stored.

The villa has one covered outside sitting area in front of the house under some old trees. There is a second covered sitting area at the side of the house, on a slightly higher level.

The garden is well maintained and green. The road is totally tarred up to the last 50 meters.

On the ground floor there is an apartment with a spacious kitchen fitted with oven, refrigerator, small dishwasher, a 4 pit gas cooker and dining table. There are two bedrooms – a double ensuite and a twin with the bathroom in the hallway.

On the first floor is a living room and a second smaller kitchen with small dishwasher, oven, 4 pit gas cooker and a small fridge. On this floor are three bedrooms - two on one side (one double and one twin) sharing a bathroom and two more to the other side, a double bedroom and a single bedroom sharing a bathroom.
