Villa Sara is on the West coast of Sicily, a few kilometers south of Marsala, one of the most famous Sicilian towns, thanks to its history, food and of course wine.

Nearby at least half a dozen beautiful beaches can be found, all within easy reach. The most known to visit is probably Lido Signorino.

The elegant salt-water pool, featuring a Roman-style staircase, is located at the back of the house.

The pool facilities include 2 outdoor showers and a bathroom with shower. There is also a BBQ patio area for “al fresco” dining.

The main house can accommodate 2-4 guests. It consists of an open plan kitchen/living room with French doors opening onto the lush garden. In a separated area, shielded by a screen wall, there is a double sofa bed. The night area features 1 double bedroom and a bathroom.

The first annex features a living room with kitchenette, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bathroom with shower.

The second annex consists of a small kitchen with breakfast table, 2 bedrooms (a twin featuring en-suite bathroom and a double) and one more bathroom.

On the upper floor of the estate lives the owner/caretaker who will be happily give you tips on the best local sights to visit.

The whole ground floor of the main house and the annexes, as well as the garden and the pool are exclusively at the service of the guests.

This estate is located near the town of Marsala just one minute away from the beach in Saracena Cove and it sleeps up to 12 guests. The villa consists of the main house and two annexes that share the wide garden. The neighbourhood is pretty lively during summertime, thanks to all the restaurants, lidos and stores within walking distance. The garden is fully fenced for a complete privacy.

There is a local tourist tax for villas in the district of Marsala - the cost is 1.00 Euro per person per night for the first 5 nights of stay only and it is payable locally.

The charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
