A peaceful and romantic hideaway in the forests of the Bozburun Peninsula, Wolf's Trail Cottage has easy access to the beaches, villages and harbours of the area.

Above the village of Bayir, Wolf’s Trail Cottage is an ideal location from which to explore the villages and beaches of the Peninsula. There are restaurants in Bayir and the other villages are a short drive away. The nearest beaches are at either Delik or Ciftlik, just ten minutes’ drive away. The beaches, harbour and villages of  Selimiye, Sögüt and Bozburun are just a few minutes further.

Built in 2017 using local stone, Wolf's Trail Cottage is situated at the end of a forest track in a clearing with far-reaching views down to the Mediterranean and on to the Datça Peninsula and Aegean. Vegetables are grown in the extensive grounds and chickens wander the grounds - you are welcome to pick the vegetables and pick up the eggs!  The excellent olive oil is also produced onsite.

Wolf's Trail Cottage is owned by Ayhan who is a qualified guide and an expert horseman so there are opportunities to explore the beautiful unspoiled Peninsula on foot, by car or on horseback (via local company approx. 30 minutes from Wolf's Trail Cottage) should you so wish. 
 
The thick stone walls ensure Wolf's Trail Cottage remains cool even at the height of summer, although there is air-conditioning if desired. The villa is laid out over one floor with a large open-plan  sitting room, kitchen and dining area with a double-height ceiling and picture-windows with incredible views across the valley and out to the distant sea.

In 2019 a private infinity pool (3m x 8m. 1.50m deep) was created - a real highlight with wonderful views down across the valley. There is also a 3m x 3m freshwater Jacuzzi to enjoy.

OUTSIDE

The sun terrace has wooden loungers overlooking the valley and canyon out to sea. There is a hammock and circular, stone and wood seating area as well as the infinity pool and freshwater Jacuzzi (3m x 3m).

THE SITTING ROOM

The sitting room has a beamed, high-ceiling and hardwood floors with picture-framed windows and a fireplace and television.

THE KITCHEN

There is a modern, built-in kitchen, complete with granite work-surfaces and gas hob and a large kitchen table.

Bedroom 1 – Master Double

Spacious with pine furniture and located to one side of the main living area. The Master Double shares a shower room with WC with the second bedroom.

Bedroom 2 – Twin

A twin room again with pine furniture.
