An elegant villa with pool just 300 meters away from the beach in Marsala area - Villa Dory has been completely renovated and is the perfect choice for families or a group of friends.

The house nestles in an idyllic location - practically on the beach, 100 meters away from grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The whole estate is entirely fenced for a complete privacy and security. There are 3 parking spaces available near the entrance gate.

Walking across the garden is a fully equipped brick BBQ area, perfect for dining al fresco. Elegant stairs lead into the pool featuring a diving board. Sunbeds and armchairs frame the poolside area. Table tennis will provide hours of poolside fun!

Villa Dory is situated in North Western Sicily, six kilometres away from the town of Marsala.

The area of Marsala is famous thanks chiefly to its fortified wine, but also to its natural beauty. Stagnone is a nature reserve that includes four isles on a stretch of coast well known for kite-surfing and its archaeological site. The isle of Mothia has an ancient Phoenician fortress. When the tide is low Stagnone becomes a wide grassy plain and you can even walk from the coast to Isola Lunga, another of the four isles.
