Villa Afsana is new to our Private Collection of villas in Kalkan and we are excited to be able to share it with you.

Located in Kormuluk, Villa Afsana is just a short walk from Kalkan Old Town. It has a fabulous uninterrupted sea view and captures the sun all day. There is also the added benefit of having both the Palm Beach Club and Zest Beach Club within a few minutes’ walk of the villa.

The villa has been immaculately designed throughout with a minimalist flair; each bedroom having stunning sea views, the patio area is furnished with plush sunbeds and a selection of parasols are available.

The property is set over 3 floors; the ground floor houses the open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station (compatible with iPhone5 and newer models). Once again, with floor to ceiling windows the sea view is gorgeous.

There is a twin bedroom on the first floor (can be made as a double if preferred) with an en suite and views over the terrace.

Taking the stairs to the first floor brings you to the master bedroom which features a free-standing Jacuzzi bath from which you will enjoy the panoramic views of the sea. There is also an en-suite shower room, a separate dressing room along with a balcony.

Moving up to the second floor, where you have the final two bedrooms. The first bedroom, which may be configured as a twin or double bed, has an en suite bathroom and a dressing area. The second bedroom has a king size bed along with a shower room and a dressing area. Spectacular sea views will be enjoyed for each bedroom.

Finally, you will come to the villa’s roof terrace, which spans the entire width of the villa. It is the perfect place to enjoy early evening sundowners and watch the sunset over Kalkan.
