BEACHES

Indigo Beach Club and Yali Beach Club are within a 10 minute walk and Kalkan Town Beach (Plaji) is around a 20 minute walk from Villa Azra or a boat ride from one of the nearby beach clubs.

SHOPS

Just over a 5 minute walk to town is where you will find a greengrocers, Figos Supermarket (who will arrange delivery of your groceries on request) and a butcher. Kalkan Market is opposite Migros Supermarket every Thursday and here you can also buy fresh groceries and spices.

Villa Azra is a luxury addition to our exclusive Private Collection. It is superbly located in the Likya area of Kalkan, within walking distance of Kalkan Town.  

This brand-new 5 bedroom property has huge wow factor! It’s beautifully furnished in a contemporary fashion with complimentary sleek soft furnishings combined with tasteful colours.  The pool terrace has a large infinity jet pool and jacuzzi with brand new sunbeds and parasols. Anyone will enjoy taking a break from the sun in the very modern pool lounge that is complete with a wide screen tv, ceiling fan, drinks cooler and dining table and chairs.  Upon entering the house on the ground floor you will find two double rooms with en-suites along with a utility room, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board.  The stairway leads you to the first floor that opens up to a breath-taking sea view from the open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

There is a full balcony that houses a seating area along with an outside dining option. If required there are remote controlled sun canopy’s providing shade on those warm sunny mornings. The courtyard at the back of this level has a chill out zone of chic black couch with bright cushions and a separate BBQ area and table tennis.

Taking the stairs to the next floor leads to the remaining 3 rooms, two double rooms with stunning sea views and a twin room (maybe converted to a king size bed) – all en-suite. Finally, stairs from the second floor take you to an incredibly luxurious roof terrace with seating and a retractable roof. Again the sea view is simply spectacular at this level.  There is access to a fridge, kettle, basin and wc on this floor too.

Villa Azra comes with mid week maid service and daily pool cleaning.

Besides being just over a 5 minute walk to Kalkan Town and its many amazing restaurants, there are 2 great beach clubs just a few minutes walk away – Yali Beach Club and Indigo Beach Club.
