NOTES

Security deposit: €500 to be paid on arrival. Non smoking villa, pets allowance upon request. While being in the garden, you can notice the neighbours. Poor cellphone reception at the villa, depending on provider.

Just 8 kilometers/5 miles from the famous thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni, in Tuscany, this beautiful country house called Gallica restored in 2015, welcomes its guests with modern comfort in a typical traditional Tuscan style.

The nearest town is Trevinano, a quiet village situated between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria.

The villa, positioned halfway between Florence and Rome, is a great starting point for having day trips in these two marvellous cities, by car or by train. The nearest train station is at Fabro on a distance of 19km/12miles.

The interior of the villa has some furniture made by local craftsmen. Gallica has a large panorama of the surrounding hills.

Admiring the rolling hills from every angle of the villa and the natural reserve of Monte Rufeno, provokes a sense of relaxation and tranquility. To fully immerse into the country life, there is the possibility to fish in the private pond or collect vegetables from the vegetable garden at the property.

Besides the swimming pool, refined with beautiful mosaic tiles, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi (not heated, 2x4,5mts), perfect for a sunny day in mid-season.

The villa is surrounded by a large fenced in garden with olive trees.
