  • The Town House Kalkan is a unique property on the edge of the old town.

    This beautiful stone property is made up of two separate buildings offering a total of 4 ensuite bedrooms, a large open plan living room and kitchen, beautiful sun terraces, outside dining area, Traditional Turkish seating area ‘Kosk’, large gardens and an infinity pool.

    The main building houses the large living room and kitchen with a flight of stairs leading up to a double ensuite bedroom with large terrace and breath taking views of Kalkan and the bay.

    The second building houses a double ensuite bedroom and a twin ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, together with a small kitchenette. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite and again beautiful terrace.

    On the lower ground floor of the second building is a ‘games’ room area with table tennis and exercise machines.

    It is less than a 5 minute walk to town from The Town House Kalkan and a path from the house takes you down to the local beach again less than 5 minutes away.

    Facilities include air-conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi internet connection, satellite TV international channels.

    The Town House Kalkan has a coffee machine, with complimentary coffee capsules for arrival, after which coffee capsules can be purchased 

    BBQ Service 

    For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool we offer a BBQ service to save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

    If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

    Please place your order at least one day in advance of your BBQ.
