    600m/10-minute walk to Kalkan town. 1 km/20-minute walk to Kalkan harbour. Small grocery shop en-route to Kalkan centre. 

    NEAREST AIRPORT

    Dalaman Airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes by car.

    NOTES

    A mid week maid service is provided when towels and bed linen will be changed. Mehmet and his wife Emine are the caretakers for the villa.

     

  • Location, location, location…..Gogen Evi has it!! Views over the olive groves of Kalamar to the sea and across the bay to Kişla. 

    It’s one thing being on the “front row” in Kalkan, naturally the views are magnificent, but to have your By day the panoramic sea view with little islands dotted off the coast has that glorious summer heat haze and by night the mesmerising shining water looks just like a mirror reflecting the stars above.  As well as stunning sea views Gogen Evi is just a short walk to the centre of Kalkan with its’ huge choice of restaurants and shops;  from the town harbour boats run to the beach clubs around the bay or in the area there is the Kalamar Beach Club. 

    The interior of the house is light and airey and elegantly furnished; white limestone floors and white furnishings; splashes of colour here and there,  colourful Ottoman prints, but the boldest splash comes from the inviting exterior with its turquoise mosaic tiled infinity pool, smart sunbeds with super-sized shades and shaded dining area.

    This is a property well suited to those with older children who enjoy some independence as they can easily walk to and from the town centre. 

    Likya Evi is situated just a couple of doors away – perfect for 2 families who enjoy holidaying at the same time (see the map below)

     

The Room Details

Ground Floor

Side entrance door to spilt level and open plan living area with steps down to comfortable sitting room with ceiling fan and glass doors opening onto pool terrace, indoor dining area spacious fully fitted kitchen with door opening to side terrace.  The pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds and sun umbrellas, an outdoor dining area and views across the pool and out to sea. Stone built barbecue.  Bedroom with twin beds and door to side terrace. Bathroom with shower/WC.

First Floor

The very spacious double master bedroom with seating area and en suite shower/WC is situated on the front of the house and has a small balcony with seating and fabulous sea views. A second and third bedroom, each with a double bed and each with an en suite bathroom with shower/WC share a balcony that overlooks the garden at the rear of the property. From the upstairs landing there is access to a side balcony.
