Villa Avocado is the latest house to be added to our Private Collection. Situated in the picturesque area of Kisla you will be welcomed to a beautiful house that has a superb sea view. Once you stay at Villa Avocado, you are bound to want to return year after year, like many guests already do.

There are many places where you can enjoy the sunshine, around the pool, on the rooftop terrace, or take some shade under one of the many avocado or olive trees in the large garden. Undoubtedly, you will find a quiet spot in many places around Villa Avocado. One our favourites is lying in a gently swinging hammock!

Featuring a glistening infinity pool that looks over the mediterranean sea, a spacious rooftop terrace and a super bar are that is great for serving cool drinks during the height of summer. If you need respite from the sun, you will find lots of shaded areas to enjoy. Space is a luxury in many villas in Kalkan, but here at Villa Avocado you can lap up lots of space. 

For your convenience there is an outside W/C discretely situated at the back of the garden.

There is a great BBQ for you to use or, if you prefer, a local can come and cater for you – just ask one of our Kalkan experts for details after you have made your reservation.

Moving inside the house, on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom just off the lounge area. A very spacious open plan lounge/dining area that has two sofas that may be converted into beds, if required. This leads to a separate well equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, Nespresso machine and fridge/freezer.

Finally, on this floor you have a bathroom with a W/C and walk in shower.

As you wind your way up the spiral staircase, you will find a further two double bedrooms. One has a magnificent view of the deep blue sea. There is a further bathroom on this floor complete with a shower and W/C.

Continuing up the spiral staircase you will arrive at the rooftop terrace, where you will find the view breathtaking. We recommend that of an evening, you take in the sunset here.

You will see that the owner of Villa Avocado, Melda, has impeccable taste and, indeed, a lot of the stunning artwork has been created by Melda herself. The feel of the house is incredibly stylish, clean and modern looking. Come along and experience a piece of paradise for yourself!

If you enjoy spending time at one of the many beach clubs in Kalkan, you will be please to know that the Kalkan Beach Club is just a 2 minute walk away and the Mahal Beach Club is a 10 minute walk in the other direction.
