Included in the price: water, electricity and AC limit at 500 Kw (extra Kw upon consumption with cost of € 0,60 per Kw), free internet wi-fi with password, bed linen with weekly change, towels with mid week change (no pool towels), final cleaning. 

Extra costs to be paid on premises: electricity over 500 Kw at consumption with cost of € 0,60 per Kw, security deposit of € 500 payable in cash on arrival. Extra cleaning € 18 per hour; extra towels € 2/3; full linen set €12/15. 

Breakfast and dinner are available on request in the restaurant of the estate located at the first floor of the reception (700 mt from the villa). In case you need extra space, a few hundred meters from the villa the owner can rent several apartments of different size.

Villa Lella is an aristocratic house in Tuscany, located in a secluded area of the Fattorie Santo Pietro estate accessed via the country lane which takes you through the vineyards and olive groves.

A hedge separates Villa Lella from another private villa listed as Villa Lina.

The Fattorie is an ancient and quiet village surrounded by 300 hectares of unspoiled nature, laying on the gentle hills of Chianti along the Via Francigena and minutes away from the famous towers of San Gimignano. The whole village has been restored and it is a rural architectural heritage of pure Tuscan tradition.

The ground floor of the villa offers a spacious living room with sofas and flat screen satellite TV; fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer; a dining room with long table available for 15 people and fireplace. Toilet.

The first floor features 5 double bedrooms 4 of which with en suite bathroom (3 bathrooms with shower and 1 with shower and bath tub); 1 twin room with French beds and en suite bathroom with shower and bath tub. Two of the double bedrooms on the first floor open onto a balcony.

The second floor offers 3 single bedrooms and 1 bathroom with double sinks and shower.

The villa is fully air conditioned.

The grounds consist of a landscaped garden, swimming pool, patio area with BBQ facility and a garden table with chairs.
