    Lake Garda

    Towards the northern end of the lake a huge variety of exhilarating sports are on offer – from cycling and hiking to sailing and windsurfing. Further south, the pace of life slows down and it’s about taking things easy hopping on and off the ferries that criss-cross the lake to explore the beautiful villages and sample the local food and wines

    Itinerary Overview

    Day 1

    Hotel Royal San Marco • Venice

    Days 1-3 free for independent exploration of Venice.

    Tours and attractions may be prebooked - please ask our team for further details.

    After clearing arrivals at Venice Marco Polo airport, collect your bags and make your way independently via the Alilaguna Blue line to the centre of Venice (tickets can be purchased locally for this - transfers are not included - a private water taxi can be included for a supplement).  The rest of the day is free for independent exploration of the beautiful city of Venice.

    Day 4

    Park Hotel  • Desenzano del Garda

    After breakfast, make your way independently via public transport to Venice Santa Lucia station for the train to Desenzano del Garda.  Upon arrival, make your way independently to your hotel.  Local transfers in Venice and Desenzano are not included in your package price.

    The rest of the day is free to explore Desenzano and the shores of Lake Garda.

    Day 5-7

    Park Hotel  • Desenzano del Garda

    Days 5 to 7 are free for independent exploration of Lake Garda.

    Day 8

    Return home

    After breakfast, check out of your hotel and take the included transfer to Venice Marco Polo (or alternatively Verona Airport) for the return flight to the UK.
