Description
The Hotel Yucelen remains a firm favourite with our clients, many returning year after year. This charming hotel, set in exquisite and quite extensive grounds with its warm informal atmosphere and friendly staff, most of whom have been with the hotel for some years, is the ideal place for instant relaxation. The hotel’s grounds border the wide sandy beach of Akyaka and to one side the forest. A small stream meanders peacefully through the gardens culminating in a small waterfall; you can delight in simply sitting by the weeping willow and watching the terrapins basking in the sunshine, the brown trout leaping and the often rather noisy resident ducks.
A superb large swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces is located next to the main reception building where you will find the lounge, terrace bar area and a small mini market for every day requirements. Cross the stream and there is a further swimming pool and a separate childen’s pool. On the beach, directly in front of the hotel, beds and sun umbrellas are available. The main restaurant, with terraces overlooking the beach, offers an open buffet breakfast and dinner, whilst the a la carte restaurant with its great sea views is perfect for a special meal. The hotel may be booked on either a bed and breakfast or half board basis. There is a fitness centre with exercise equipment, a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation area and resident massage therapist. A tennis court and children’s play area, complete the facilities available at the Yucelen.

The accommodation is located in separate Ottoman style buildings, all rooms are air conditioned, they have a small balcony, bathroom with shower/wc and hairdryer and satellite TV. Family Rooms enjoy the benefit of an extra room with 2 single beds that may also be used as a sitting room.

Nearest beach - Akyaka's flat sandy beach with shallow water for some way out. This is a Blue Flag beach.
Nearby beach - Çinar's shingle beach with deep water.

All the shops and restaurants of Akyaka town are within a short walk.
NOTES:
From June until late September windsurf courses (minimum age 8 years) are offered and for those with experience board rental is available.
Car hire is not necessary but is available if required.

Price
Prices are weekly per person sharing a twin room on bed and breakfast basis. Half board supplement £70 per person per week. Rates for Family Rooms are available POA. Shorter stays are available - POA. Hotel bookings are on a request basis.
There is no charge for children up to 6 years of age sharing a room with 2 adults and for children between the ages of 6 and 12 years sharing a room with 2 adults we offer a 50% discount on published per person prices.
