Hakiki Villa is perched up on the hill from where your views of the surrounding hills and over the magnificent volcanic rock formations to the bays of Yalikavak are unrestricted. Your days will be spent lazing by the pool reveling in the superb panorama, enjoying the peace and catching the soft breeze; perfect during the day when the sun is hot but by night with a slight westerly aspect the sunsets and skies are startling.
With huge glass doors opening onto the pool and decking this recently completed house is ideally suited to the summer and al fresco living. This villa is spacious and is perfect for a large group as all of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms.
Whilst being secluded and private it’s only a 10 minute drive to the nearby town of Yalikavak where you will find a great choice of restaurants.

GROUND FLOOR:
Glass doors from pool decking area to open plan split level living areas with sitting area, dining area and steps up to well equipped kitchen. Cloakroom/wc. One small internal twin bedroom looking onto the sitting room with en suite shower/wc room and one large bedroom with large twin beds, en suite bathroom with bath/shower/wc and opening onto side terrace with table and chairs. Both bedrooms with ceiling fans.
FIRST FLOOR:
The bedrooms are approached from the upper walkway and all have doors opening onto a large upper terrace. 2 twin rooms (1 small, 1 large) each with en suite shower/wc and 1 double room with bath/shower/wc. All rooms with ceiling fans.
FACILITIES:
Washing machine, hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge with water cooler, telephone, TV - Turkish channels only, DVD, wi-fi internet access. Hairdryers. Barbecue. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL:
10 x 5 metres, constant depth of 1.5 metres. Pool towels supplied.
BEACHES:
Nearest beaches - The beaches and coves around Yalikavak and Gundoğan are within a 15 minute drive from the property. The larger sandy beaches on the south side of the Peninsula are all within a 25 minute drive. Gümüşlük with lagoon like swimming and great snorkelling is a 30 minute drive.
SHOPS & RESTAURANTS:
There is a small village shop in the centre of Gökçebel village (5 minute drive down the track) stocked with everyday items including fresh bread, fresh eggs and ice creams; once weekly there is a fruit and vegetable market. The nearest large supermarkets are on the main road to Yalikavak (8 minutes drive) and Yalikavak town also has a weekly fruit and vegetable market. There are many restaurants in Yalikavak town centre (8 minutes drive).
NOTES:
The property is reached via a rough track from the village of Gökçebel. This property is not suited to those with young children as the property is not fenced.
Kasim and Hulya, the on site housekeepers live in their own cottage within the grounds.
Car hire is essential.
