Panoramic views from every window of the surrounding olive groves, mountains and river forest full of wildlife, from eagles and owls to wild boar!
Explore a hidden corner of inland Spain, the Sierras Subbéticas, with self-guide walking and mountain biking routes to visit traditional white villages with hill-top castles and Medieval Moorish watchtowers.
With only 6 bedrooms, the house is also ideally suited for private rental, perfect for a group of friends, a large family or two families taking over the property as an exclusive villa.
Enjoy a “green getaway” at Casa Olea, in its privileged natural setting and backed by strong green credentials. 100% of the heating and hot water requirements come from a biomass boiler, burning recycled olive pellets from a local olive cooperative mill, and six solar panels.

Swimming pool (10 x 5 metres, unheated). The pool is fully fenced and gated. Lounge with television and DVD player and two ipod docks. Bikes available to hire. Walking routes lead directly from the property - the owners are happy to recommend routes of varying difficulty and duration. Honesty bar. Barbeque. Underfloor heating is available for the winter months.

ACTIVITIES:
Casa Olea makes an exciting base for an active escape, offering a range of fully researched, self-guided walking and mountain biking routes for all ages/availabilities. Hike up to hill-top medieval watch towers or cycle along the "Via Verde", the reclaimed "Olive Train" railway. The natural setting also offers an abundance of wildlife including wild boar, owls, eagels, griffon vultures and bee eaters. Visits to the local olive factories can also be arranged.
