Villa Gallo is situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by 3sq km of private park and gardens with mature trees, scented shrubs and a pleasing blend of lawns and hedges: it is the ideal place to take a stroll working up an appetite for meals cooked al fresco on the barbecue. Far from the stresses and strains of busy town traffic, the villa enjoys an enviable tranquil location with far reaching views of the Monte Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic coast.
The elegant Villa Gallo dates back to 1800, and is typical of the period, with a wide sweeping staircase, high ceilings and pristine polished marble floors. Completely restored in 1990 it now belongs to a noble Marche family well known in the area for their olive oil production and who take great pride in its upkeep. The private chapel, inside the park, dates from 1460 and is well known as one of the oldest Churches in the region and has seen many weddings through the centuries.
Beautifully finished in marble, with highly polished timber, wrought iron, and comfortable modern soft furnishings, this wonderful house has a truly exclusive air and is perfect for a family getaway or for a group of friends looking to explore the largely undiscovered region of le Marche; with its pretty hilltop towns and chic beach resorts it really is the place to be in 2009.

Maid service daily for two hours/day included (Sunday excluded). Inside the park there is a cottage where Roberta (the caretaker of the villa) lives in order to guarantee maximum security. She will be at your disposal if you need information or have any immediate requests and is on hand for cooking meals or babysitting. (fees charged)
Also available are Cookery Courses / La Vendemmia / Beauty Treatments /Tennis lessons: 1. Up to three hours per day to improve your skills from preparation to tasting the typical Italian dishes, with the help of a good local cook. (run from March to May and from October to November). 2. In Autumn, the olive oil season, you can enjoy yourself helping out with olive picking. You will also visit an oil-mill where olives are cold pressed to produce extra virgin oil in the classic method. A gastronomic tasting of olive oils will occupy the final part of your day. 3. Give yourself a week of full relax and beauty treatments: a beautician, a hairdresser and a masseuse can be at your disposal. 4. Tennis lessons with a qualified instructor for beginners or talented amateurs.
