Casa Magnolia, luxury villa in Puglia, is nestled in the valley just on the edge of Cisternino and close by the town of Locorotondo. This property has been lovingly restored by its local owners to provide space and comfort for their guests. 

The house has both the rustic charm but with all the space and amenities of a modern build. The villa is surrounded by a well tended garden with grass and shrubs with pockets of shade where you can relax and read a book. The outside terrace has a dining table and chairs for eight people under an old pine tree for fragrant shade in the warmth of the Puglian summer. The swimming pool is at the top of the garden and is amongst olive trees and lavender. The pool has been designed with a specially designed shallow end for small children to enjoy the water. An elegant gazebo has been built next to the pool to offer shade for the family with built in seating on which to relax and enjoy the tranquility of this peaceful retreat.

The property is laid out in two buildings. The main house has the principal fully fitted kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher, and internal dining that leads out to a spacious terrace and beautifully tended gardens for external dining where there is also a small outdoor kitchen with Barbeque. This main building has a master bedroom with en suite shower room and a further twin/double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a further family bathroom next to the twin and single bedrooms. Attached to the main house is a spacious Trulli suite which comprises of an open plan kitchenette with breakfast bar and seating area which leads through to a generous sized bedroom and shower room.

The internal ambiences are characterised by their simplicity, with tasteful furnishings preserving a traditional but very natural feel. Both kitchens have fridge/freezer, hobs, microwave, toaster and kettle and TV. Both the trulli have a washing machine.
