Podere San Pietro is an ancient country house set close to Montepulciano, recently restored and equipped with every comfort. 

The house, with a living surface of 350 sqm is on 2 levels:

The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, of which two master bedrooms and one double, two bathrooms, laundry and a big kitchen with stone fireplace.

The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace, kitchen corner and two accesses to the garden. Among those rooms there is an independent-access small suite with a double bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette. Two optional beds can be placed on the first floor in one of the bedrooms or there is alternatively a comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor in the living room.

The garden, completely fenced, is equipped with barbecue, dining area and swimming pool with sun terrace and outdoor shower area.

Small and middle-sized pets are welcome.
