Casa Cinque Miglia is a luxury villa in Umbria located in Tavernacce, small hamlet set among the green hills of a peaceful village of Resina.

The house consists of two adjacent but independent living units. One is 160 square meters: on the ground floor there are a large kitchen, a large and bright living room, a study (can be used as a bedroom) and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are one double bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This unit sleeps a total of 4/6 people. 

The other unit is 100 square meters with a kitchen, a nice living room, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two terraces where guests can enjoy beautiful views. This unit sleeps a total of 4 peole. Both living units have large porches perfect for eating “al fresco” and two independent laundry rooms on the basement.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful and lawned garden (1 hectare of land) which also includes a football pitch. There is a saltwater swimming pool (14m x 6m) with sun beds and umbrella, a dressing room with walk in shower and a cloakroom. 

There is also a vegetable garden and many fruit trees; guets are welcome to help themselves to fresh products. A car is at guests’ disposal too.
