NOTES

Maid service is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning, with towels and bed linen changed every two days. Ozal and his wife Pinar are the caretakers for the villa. This property is not suited to very young or those with limited mobility due to a steep hillside location.

Villa Serena is a modern villa in Sicily with private pool situated not far from the blue sea of Plemmirio, protected marine area south of Syracuse. 

Nestled in a residential area, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden that embraces the pool and a large terrace. Recently renovated, the house is on split levels. At the entrance level there are a bright living area, kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a double room and a bathroom. On the lower level with access from the outside there are two additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. 

The villa also has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. The strategic location of Villa Serena – a few minutes drive from the historic center of Syracuse – allows you to easily reach Catania, Noto, Modica and Ragusa, the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari.
