NOTES

Maid service is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning, with towels and bed linen changed every two days. Ozal and his wife Pinar are the caretakers for the villa. This property is not suited to very young or those with limited mobility due to a steep hillside location.

Villa Carola is a beautiful house in Sicily with pool situated close to Noto, a charming town and a Unesco world heritage site, known as “the capital of Sicilian baroque”. 

Recently renovated, this old dwelling features bright, cosy interiors. The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. A staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, which is home to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

Outside there is a large room with a rustic kitchen with wood-fired oven and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe and dishwasher. 

Outdoor living areas include spacious, sunny terraces and the beautiful pool. The practical location of Villa Carola is also ideal for exploring the charming surrounding area. Syracuse and Ortigia, Modica, Ragusa and the other towns of the Noto Valley, the Roman villa of Tellaro, Marzamemi and the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari are all a few kilometres away.
