In each room there is a smart TV. The dependence is very comfortable and there’s a bright double bedroom, a shower room, a dressing room and a small stove.

Civitanova Alta is an old village built on a hill surrounded by the walls of a medieval castle, an excellent example of Renaissance military architecture, and a coastal town. At Civitanova Alta there’s the historic Teatro Annibal Caro with its important theater season, we recommend to visit: the Municipal Art Gallery Moretti, the collection of contemporary art of engravings, interesting not only for the contents but also for the particular circumstances which it formed, that made Civitanova a small but interesting cultural crossroads, frequented by writers and artists who gravitated around the “master” Moretti; the Church of St. Augustine, the church of San Francesco; the Church of St. Paul, the Church of St. Maron.

Interesting are also the station of the tram (1900) in Art Nouveau style, the Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions, and the unique Historical Museum of Trotto. Located at the Upper Town and the port, surrounded by a park with Italian garden, Villa Conti, is an art nouveau villa built in 1910, a little far away is the building San Michele, a rare example of art nouveau in the area of Macerata.

Civitanova Marche is also a popular and lively seaside resort on the Adriatic coast.
