Villa Grano is a charming three storey house in the Amalfi Coast that can accommodates up to 20 guests. The villa is made of three separate apartments. Each apartment has its own kitchen with dining table for 6 people.
With stunning sea views from the many terraces and the rooftop solarium, plus a beautiful swimming pool, Villa Grano is an exceptional choice for larger groups. The villa offers flexible accommodation, perfect for an extended family, or group of friends.
Consisting of three, fully self-contained apartments, Villa Grano can be booked as a whole, or on request, as three individual properties. When booked as an overall villa, guests are able to enjoy the privacy of their own apartment, with a private living room and kitchen, whilst also joining together with friends and family when they wish.
If booked as individual properties, each apartment has a private entrance, plus a terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. The solarium and the swimming pool are shared. There is one apartment sleeping 6, plus two apartments sleeping 7.
The stunning oval pool measures 8m x 5m and is open from April until October. It is reached via a flight of 15 steps.
Grand pillars by the poolside frame the glorious view to the Bay of Nerano, the Gulf of Salerno, and Mount San Costanzo. There is an adjacent terrace with tables, chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. Several further terraces offer different aspects of the view, each fully equipped with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas.
On the roof the solarium is perfect for sun worshipers! Chairs and umbrellas are available to offer shade during the hottest parts of the day. Why not dine al fresco outside, using the barbeque to rustle up a meal using the delicious local produce?
The centre of the village of Nerano is just 1km from Villa Grano, although you will find local restaurants, bars and a grocery store less than 200m away. In Nerano you will enjoy excellent restaurants, widely acclaimed for their locally sourced fish.
The villa has private parking and we recommend that you bring a car with you to fully explore the local area. There is garage space for two cars, plus outside parking for a further three cars.
Should you wish to use public transport, the SITA bus stop for the Sant’Agata – Massa Lubrense – Sorrento line is conveniently placed around 100m away.
The closest beach is a 200m walk. Jeranto Bay, the focal point of the Natural Marine Reserve of Punta Campanella is also just a short distance from your villa. There are wonderful paths for gentle strolls, or more strenuous hiking, with spectacular coastal views.
Nerano Bay is less than 400m. From here you can rent boats for a day trip to the Island of Capri, or to sightsee along the Amalfi Coast. Diving tuition is also available.
Apartment 1 on the ground floor sleeps 6:

The private terrace measures 50m2 and offers breathtaking views of the ocean. It is the perfect place to relax in the peace and quiet, with table, chairs and sun loungers. Moving inside through double-glazed French doors, you arrive in the ground floor living room. The floor is exquisite, paved in local hand-made majolica tiles, typical of the Amalfi Coast. There are comfortable armchairs, plus a double sofa bed, should you need the space for additional guests. There is a dining table with space to accommodate the entire party of 20 guests, if you are renting the villa as a whole. This living room also offers a digital television, an air-conditioning/heating unit, and internet Wi-Fi.
From here, you move into the kitchen. Here you’ll find all of the appliances that you will need for a relaxed stay, including a four-burner gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a washing machine, plus iron and ironing board, should you need to catch up on laundry. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and one twin room. The twin room has two single beds, which can be joined as a double on request. Both bedrooms have an air conditioning/heating unit. The two shower rooms are tastefully decorated, each with a fully enclosed shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. They are accessed from the living room and corridor.
Apartment 2 on the first floor sleeps 7:

If rented as separate apartments, Apartment B covers part of the first floor of the villa. It is reached from the ground floor via an external staircase of around 10 steps.
This apartment consists of two private terraces, a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terraces on the first floor are breathtakingly beautiful, offering stunning views of the coastline and ocean. The first private terrace measures 30m2. Shade is offered by an awning. The view can be fully appreciated from the table and chairs, and the sun loungers. Should Villa Grano be rented as a whole, this terrace can be opened up to the terrace of Apartment C.
If rented as separate apartments, the gate is locked shut, offering full privacy. The second private terrace is reached from the first bedroom, and is also equipped with a table and chairs. Stroll outside on awakening to appreciate the stunning sea views! The sitting room on the first floor echoes the interior design of the ground floor, with local hand-made majolica tiles covering the floor. There are two sofas and armchairs in which to relax, plus a dining table. Doors offer easy access to your terrace, with views beyond. There is a digital television, plus an air conditioning / heating unit and internet Wi-Fi.
Moving into the kitchen, you will find the essentials for self-catering, including a four-burner gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. You also have access to your own washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first bedroom is reached from the living room via an internal staircase of around 7 steps. The room offers a double bed, plus an additional single bed. French doors lead onto your private terrace with sea views. From the first bedroom, you enter a sitting room, with a comfortable double sofa bed. From this sitting room, you move into the second bedroom. This has a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioning / heating unit. The two bathrooms within this part of Villa Grano are equipped with a fully enclosed shower, a washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Apartment 3 on the first floor sleep 7:
1 double bedroom with single bed, 1 further double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed; 2 bathrooms.
If rented as separate apartments, Apartment C covers the second half of the first floor of the villa. It also offers two private terraces, a sitting room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This apartment has a private entrance, reached via an external staircase of around 10 steps. The first terrace, measuring 30m2 offers the perfect spot for dining. There is a wood-fired pizza oven, plus a stone barbeque. Shade is provided by an awning. This terrace can be connected to Apartment B if the villa is rented overall, or kept private if rented as individual apartments.
The views of the ocean and shoreline have to be seen to be believed – relax at your table, or lie back on a sun lounger, and enjoy…
From this terrace, you can walk through French doors into the living room, again with Amalfi Coast majolica tiles on the floor. There are two sofas and armchairs, plus a dining table for six. Watch the digital television, or connect to the internet Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning / heating for your comfort throughout the year. The kitchen is as well-equipped as those in the other two apartments, with a four-burner gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board within the apartment.
The first bedroom has a double bed, plus an additional single bed, plus an air conditioning/heating unit. It is reached from the sitting room, via an internal staircase of around 7 steps. From this bedroom, you can walk outside to relax on your second private terrace, with beautiful sea views.
As in Apartment B, the first and second bedrooms are joined by a sitting room, with a double sofa bed, offering additional accommodation for two guests. The second bedroom offers a double bed, with the benefit of an air conditioning/heating unit. The two bathrooms both offer an enclosed shower, a washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
